Adopt a Family - Donor Registration

Aloha! Thank you for your interest in Adopt a Family 2024. Please complete the form below to register as a donor and
be matched with a family. Below are some important dates for donors.

Monday, November 11, 2024 - Deadline to register as a Donor. (This will ensure we have enough time to get all registered
donors matched and allow time for Donors to pick out gifts for the families).

Saturday, December 7, 2024 - Deadline to drop off gift items. (This will ensure we have enough time to distribute gifts to
the families by Christmas).

The donor registration will take approximately 8 minutes to complete.

To assist with the matching process, state additional preferences that you are looking for in a family to adopt. We will do our best to match you with a family based on your preferences, but we may not be able to fulfill your request.

Are you interested in distributing gifts directly to the adopted family? (required)

In-person distribution is dependent upon whether the family gives consent. Families are not required to meet donors for in-person distribution. We cannot guarantee that families will agree to meet with donors in-person.

Once we have families available for adoption, we will send you an email and attach several family forms for you to review.

You will have 3 days to respond with your selection. If we do not receive a response within 3 days, we will select a family for you and release the unselected families.

When you notify us of your selected family, we will email you a confirmation letter with instructions to: 1) schedule an appointment time to drop off your donation, and 2) how to drop off your donations. Donation drop offs are by appointment only.
